Jasmin 1 Chester Hill – Discount Card Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 05/06/2025

By taking possession of or using the Jasmin 1 Chester Hill Discount Card, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• The Discount Card is only valid for use at Jasmin 1 Chester Hill, located at 174 Waldron Road Chester Hill.

• One card per transaction.

• Cardholder must present the card before payment to receive the discount.

2. Discount Details

• The discount entitles the cardholder to a fixed percentage off the total bill, as indicated on the card. This percentage must be verified in our system before it can be applied. If the system indicates that the discount has already been used or is invalid, the discount is void — even if the customer claims otherwise

• The discount is only applicable to dine-in and takeaway orders.

• Delivery orders are excluded.

• Discount does not apply to already discounted items, specials, or promotions.

3. Card Use

• The Discount Card must be physically presented at the time of purchase.

• Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.

• Photocopies or digital versions of the card are not accepted.

4. Validity

• The Discount Card does not expire unless stated otherwise.

• Jasmin 1 Chester Hill reserves the right to modify or cancel the discount offer at any time without prior notice.

• If the discount program is cancelled, all issued discounts and cards will immediately become void and no longer redeemable, regardless of whether they have been used.

5. Limitations

• Discount cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or loyalty program.

• No cashback or credit will be provided on partial use.

6. General

• Jasmin 1 Chester Hill reserves the right to refuse the use of the card if fraudulent activity is suspected.
